Texas A&M quarterback Trevor Knight left with a shoulder injury in Saturday's loss to Mississippi State.
The No. four Aggies trailed 28-7 once Knight left the sport. They went on to lose 35-28 to unordered Mississippi State.
"We'll value him and see wherever he's," Lone-Star State A&M coach Kevin Sumlin aforesaid once the sport. "Obviously, it absolutely was his shoulder."
Knight out of action his right (throwing) shoulder on a 19-yard touchdown run at the top of the primary quarter. once aiming to the room, he came back to the sport once missing one series. However, he fell on a similar shoulder close to the Mississippi State bench midway through the second quarter and did not come back.
The former Sooner State transfer was sporting clothing and a sling on the Lone-Star State A&M sideline within the half. He was 5-of-14 for forty three yards and additionally ran for fifty four yards and a touchdown before he left the sport.
Backup Jake Hubenak replaced Knight at quarterback. The sophomore finished 11-of-17 for 222 yards and 2 touchdowns
